Stripe price code from mobile settings subscription gets not updated

Hello

The template has two different subscriptions (monthly and annual) with each two worklfows. I changed the codes for all workflows and they work fine on all entities except form the mobile settings - subscription. Here they lead to an error message with saying the stripe code is wrong (indeed the stripe code is still the one from the unedited zeroqode template version). But this old code is nowhere to be found, neither in the app data plans, nor in any workflow.

Thanks for your question.

Indeed, the template has different types of subscriptions, however, please note that by default, subscription flow for the mobile and desktop versions are different.

Please note that initial, the subscription for the mobile version of the template is created in the Header reusable element:


Probably, this is the reason for issues within the app on your mobile device. Please check it and let me know about the result.

Due to the fact that I have some questions regarding your settings and DataBase configuration, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

It started working partially. But: Assigning the audio file (All Meditations) to a specific Playlist is not reflected when this Playlist is called up.
I am still confused on why audio files do not show up in a Playlist app data although they have been set In All Meditation app data as a specific playlist:

In the respective “Wild” playlist 0 files are present:
