If I understood right your question, it is about the files that are already stored within Wasabi Cloud Storage.
In this case, to make it possible (create a resigned URL) it is required within the “generate resigned URL” action, in the “Filename with path” field to indicate the name and path to the file.
Yes, you can make a particular file public or private.
