Advanced Audio Player - Pause / Play Button UX Issue

I am having an issue with the user experience of pausing and playing audio using the Advanced Audio Player Plugin on a platform built on Bubble.

The issue is that whenever a user presses “Pause” and subsequently presses “Play” the audio resets and starts from the beginning every time, instead of restarting from the moment the pause button was pressed.

Can someone look into it and share guidance here? Is this something that Zeroqode can fix?

Firstly, I’d like to clarify smth about your case. Did you convert this plugin to Native? If yes, unfortunately, at the moment we cannot guarantee that the plugin Advanced Audio Player will work when converted to Native. As of today Air Native convertor service has a shortlist of plugins that are compatible.

If you have another situation, please provide us with more details, such as:

  • screenshots and/or screencasts of your setup - workflows, plugin settings, element settings (for the screencast recording, let me please suggest using the Loom tool).
  • steps to reproduce your issue.

This will allow us to identify the issue faster.
