Advanced Audio Player

Hi guys, someone could help me?

I’m using the plugin Advanced Audio Player, it have been working very well. But I have some issues when I advance the audio. In some files when I advance parts of music the music restart. The checkbox that do this option avaliable is unchecked to don’t it according the image bellow.

If anyone know that is happening let me know.

I have checked the plugin from our Demo and Editor page, it performs as designed. Thus, it would be best to share with use more details regarding your case.

Hi Greg,

Thanks for you menssage. Follow bellow the link of application. If you click on the beat and try to advance the music will restart not following the settings.

Indeed, on our devices, the issue of track auto-renewal is reproducing too, in your app. It is a quite strange case to be honest, which is, opposite, is not reproducing on our demo page.

Can you please share the screenshots of your use case setup (using our plugin)? It will help us try to make suggestions of the root cause of your issue.

Just to add: please make sure also your app does not have issues. They can affect the plugin work (and app at all). :pray:

Hi Greg,

I’m having issues with my third-party cloud service and so the music isn’t running at the moment. I’ll be putting a song using the Bubble server to run and we’ll be able to see this song restart issue without the settings.

I’m putting it on the following songs:

“Type Sidoka teste”
“Feed Test”

Hey @gabriel.bielnube, thanks for adding us to your collaborators’ list.

We managed to access the editor and found the test page. We noticed lots of issues on the page. Unfortunately, all these issues can interrupt the plugin from performing as it was designed. Please make sure you solve all the errors that appear in your editor.

Besides that, we noticed that you are using a different plugin in the same Workflow with the Advanced Audio Player. This could be another point to take care of, as the plugins might not be compatible and cause errors.

Please also check and take care of the errors in the console as long as there are dozens of errors it will most probably affect the overall performance of the site, and the plugins connected.
So in order for us to test the plugin functionality, it is needed to resolve the existing issues on the website.

Besides that, allow me to recommend you to reproduce your setup step by step on a separate page, check each element/plugin/workflow added that might cause the error.

We will be glad to continue the initial reported issue investigation (audio file auto refreshes when being advanced) after you finish fixing the errors in your app :slight_smile:

I understand the points, but these errors that are in the application are errors all are related to Data to send when you are going to send the person to another page and need to send some data in the URL. These errors do not directly interfere with the app and its performance as spoken by Bubble.io, alias we were able to smoothly upload our app to Live. Given this, do you think it is the issue of running another plugin in the workflow that is causing the problem of remaining? I agree, I think it’s better if we get back in touch after we adjust the issue of the cloud service that gave us a problem.

This can be the cause of the plugin not performing as expected, so it is best to test it and make sure that it can perform in combination with the other plugin. As well, resolving the issues will allow us to focus on the plugin functionality.
