The problem on the mobile device is in the “Run Javascript” action that you set up when the button record is clicked. I’d like to suggest you remove this action as it stops the audio from recording.
Hopefully, it resolves your issue

Haha, i’d actually never assumed that that’s what was causing it! I wrote the script when i used a different plugin that wasn’t working on Safari because it didn’t ask the user for permission, and then when i switched over to yours, I didn’t realize that the script was redundant
