Agora Bubble Plugin- Mobile

Hello! I am currently building an app on Bubble using the Agora Video Conference plugin. Everything seems to work fine on desktop, but I noticed that when on mobile, none of the buttons such as the “leave the meeting” or “mute” button work. Is this happening to anyone else? If so, how can I fix this?

I’m afraid, there is a possibility of the unstable Audio/Video work on mob devices for the Agora Web SDK (that we use in our plugin):

Can you please tell on what mobile device (+OS version) you’ve tried to preview the plugin work?

You can try preview your app on Safari browser - it supports the Agora SDK and should throw no issue:

But still, it should be borne in mind that for some versions of browsers there may be incompatibility problems that we are not able to influence.

Hi Kate, thank you! Another question for you is that the video quality for my bubble plug is pretty low. Anything I can do to improve the picture?

There is a way to increase the video quality. The most common conditions are:

  • high internet bandwidth,
  • connection between devices (user a and user b),
  • premium account,
  • and stable connection.
