We are trying to create a group calling using agora remote with 4 people. The call starts and all participants are connected, but whenever one leaves the call, remote element (agora-remote) stops showing video.
Simple words, I can hear other participants but video stops. Kindly advise.

Unfortunately, the issue is not reproducing on our side. We have tested with more than 4 people and the video worked fine. Have you tried checking both connections side from users, also were the audio/video preferences set correctly in browser?
Also, could you please share plugin element settings screenshot and workflow screenshots as well, console.logs? What devices, browser/OS have you used while testing this plugin?
