Agora Streaming & Video Conferencing | can't see guest's video

I am testing a real-time call using your plugin, but I cannot see the guest’s video screen.

I can hear the sound, so I know we are connected.
The …We do Join AgoraRTC A when we Page load in the workflow to join the call.

Can you please tell me how to resolve this error?

Hello, @kokiaka26
Thanks for using our plugin and for reaching out.

I need to note that we don’t recommend using the action “Join Agora RTC” on the Page is Loaded event.
Sometimes, it could crush the plugin’s work.
As you can see on our Demo Page settings, we don’t use generating tokens (Join Agora RTC) on the page load and connect it only after joining the required room:

In case you hear your user, but can’t hear him, it means that he disabled\havedon’t provided an access to the camera on his device.
Please note that some devices require a manual enabling of the camera\audio on their end.

Also, please make sure that your user joined the same room with you. On our side, we are using the “Copy and Send this link to Join the Room” button. So, we share the same generated room with our guests. It allows them to connect in exactly the same room:

Please check it and let me know about your result.
Best regards,

Thank you for response.
I changed workflow and it worked.

However, we are in the same room and it is working up to the point that we can talk to each other, but the other person’s video is not showing up.

Please let me know if there is a mistake in the settings.

In AgoraRTC A, I have entered calluser in the Remote users group I and calluser in the ID Attribute of the group I want to show the other person’s video.

@kokiaka26

Due to the fact that we have some additional questions regarding your settings, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hear you soon.
Regards,

Okay. We Invited you guys.

Hello, @kokiaka26
Thanks for adding me to your app.

Please note that I’ve created a test page within your application and here, everything is working properly:

As you can see, I’m using the input in order to set the room name.
In case I will share the link to another user and he will introduce the same room name - you both will be in the same room. Moreover, you will see and hear each other.

I suppose that the main issue in your use case was the way you sharing the link to your user.
I mean that you with the second user was in a different rooms, probably. Thus, you were not able to see him.

Please check this test page and let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best regards,

I checked the demo page you created and sure enough, after a few tests, the video call was working correctly.

However, after the host initiated the video call and shared the URL, we had to open that URL and put the same room name in the room name without connecting just by pressing the connect button.

I checked the page I created, CALL, and was able to confirm that the users were in the same URL as each other.

However, instead of room name, we have users join each other in the room table and use the unique ID of the room table as the URL.

Can’t they just open the same URL and Join AgoraRTC A each other to join the video call?

Hey, @kokiaka26

I need to note that the fact that you see the same URL doesn’t mean that your users are in the same room.
In case you see just your screen, but your users see their screen means that you are in different rooms.

As you can see from our Demo Page, we are using the mechanism of Sharing the Link for exactly the same room, where you are right now:

The second option, which was configured on your side, is using the specific room name, which should be filled in by each of the users.

For your case, my first option is more suitable, so you need to create a specific workflow for copying the URL of the room and sharing it with users:

Please try it ( you can also check on our Demo Page) and let me know about your result:
