Could some please help me understand how to access this plugin?
I’ve installed it but can’t seem to find it anywhere in the visual elements section or in plugin workflows.

After you have successfully installed the plugin, the plugin’s actions and element’s name can be found by going to the plugin’s tab, and then select the plugin that you would like to see, in this case, it’s “Air BBcode to HTML Converter”. The element name for this plugin is “converter”, you can search it in the design tab > elements tree. See this screenshot for visual demonstration: Screenshot by Lightshot.
