Air Calendar Disappearing Bug

I’ve been using the air calendar plugin and it constantly disappears when viewing it in either preview mode, and live mode. Not sure what’s making it disappear but the only way to get it to reappear is delete it from the development page, then click undo.

Here is a error that comes up in the debugger when it happens

The plugin Air Calendar (Full Calendar 5.6.0) / element AirCalendar threw the following error: Pr@https://dd7tel2830j4w.cloudfront.net/f1554824710708x739230373111764000/core.min.js:7:9809

Hello @kidkeeper

Thank you for reaching out

It seems like the plugin works as it should on our demo page, therefore to understand your issue a bit better and resolve your issue as soon as possible I would like to kindly ask you to provide and do the following steps:

  • Check that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
  • Provide screenshots of the element plugin settings.
  • Video recording showing the steps you took and the time when the calendar disappears
  • Any workflows, and data types settings for the calendar that might influence the work of the plugin.

Providing additional information will help us to pinpoint where the issue is, and help you to resolve it.

Looking forward to your reply!

Hi @Kirill

Thanks for the reply, I’ve checked what you have asked and recorded a video of the calendar not working until after I delete it and undo the delete.

Its hard to show it disappearing because it’s random, I don’t know when it’s going to happen. I notice it happening when I’m changing settings on the calendar (any setting, not a specific one) and then refresh the preview page to see the updates, but its not on every refresh, it will be fine for a few refreshes and then randomly disappear.

Thank you for the video recording @kidkeeper

Due to the fact that we have some additional questions regarding your settings and would like our developers to check what might be the issue, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Looking to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Thank you for your patience @kidkeeper

Unfortunately, the problem could not be reproduced, but we will keep you updated once any news arises. The problem might be also related to the Bubble platform, therefore we have sent a request to Bubble to investigate this case. I would also like to thank you for the video recording, the video has been extra helpful and hopefully, we will be able to resolve this issue in the nearest time.

Apologize for this inconvenience.

Hope for your kind understanding on this matter.

Take care.

Hello @kidkeeper

Bubble seems to have fixed the issue, can you please try to see if it works well on your end? In order to see the change, simply delete and recreate the calendar element on a test page.

Please let me know the result

Looking forward to your reply.

We are getting the exact same issue
