Sometimes the calendar is fine.
But occasionally it doesn’t load and throws this error in console
Hi @zubair, thanks for reaching out.
This error might be related to the fact that the plugin element (calendar) on-page has been not updated properly after the plugin update.
To fix the issue, please delete the plugin element and add back a new one with a proper setup.
Hope it helps. Please let me know if it helped in your case or the issue persists.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Regards,
We have updated the plugin on the page but still see it…
There are two air calendar elements in the page if that makes a difference
Hi @zubair, thanks for your reply.
The number of plugin elements doesn’t make any difference to the page functionality.
As an additional hint that might help, please be sure to update the Bubble editor version to the latest one, as it might fix the issue with plugin elements (that has not been updated properly after last plugin update).
In case the issue will persist, would it be convenient for you to add our support@zeroqode.com as a collaborator of your app? That will allow us to check what’s wrong with your setup and test it out in your workspace.
Enter your Bubble editor page → Settings → “Collaboration” tab → Invite a user (email).
(Note: disregard the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.)
I will check your setup and do a few tests in an attempt to find the root cause and help you fix it.
In case it is ok for you, please let me know.
Regards,
