Air chart - bar chart skipping empty groups

hi i am having an issue with the air chart plugin… the bar chart is skipping empty groups

The chart is graphing reports with medical data with profiles (option sets inside). For example you complete height and weight in a form and it creates a report where your BMC is calculated and you are assigned a profile for the result you get. The profiles are an option set with min and max value (used to assign the profile) and a profile number (used to group data in the chart and click the “do not skip empty groups” option)

I am attaching 2 screenshots the series data in the editor and data of the chart in the debugger (it aint showing six values)

Hello @diego,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Based on the images you shared, it appears that you are using dynamic logic in Bubble for the Series data. It’s important to note that the Series data simply receives an array of numbers and does not modify the data you input, it just parses it for further use in the library.

To help us diagnose this further, could you please create a simple text element displaying the Dynamic data shown in your screenshot(img) and check if the results are the same?

If you continue to encounter issues, please provide additional details such as screenshots and screencasts of your workflow setup, the plugin element, the issue at hand, and the expected outcome. For recording a screencast, I recommend using the Loom tool.

Please make sure to record the video step-by-step with the browser’s console open to capture any possible error messages, and share the link with us for a clearer understanding of your use case.

Thank you again for your cooperation. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
Stefan

Hello @diego,

I hope you’re well.

Just following up on my previous message regarding the difficulty you faced with the Series data in Bubble. Have you had a chance to display the Dynamic data as suggested? Any updates or further details you can share would be greatly appreciated to assist you better.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Stefan
