Hi, do you have any documentation on properly installing this plugin for a marketplace, where each seller has their unique chat portal with all their customer/leads queries?

Is it feasible at all? or do you have a better plugging for this? thx

I’m afraid that any information above that, namely set up in a particular case - would refer more to customization works, being beyond our responsibilities as the support team. Sorry about that :pray:

Allow me to recommend checking the plugin demo editor page for a setup example, as it might be useful for your use case.

In case you have doubts about the plugin’s usability within your project, before purchasing, you can try the subscription model for the plugin.

I have a problem with Replies.

I believe that I have set up the reply fields as per the demo.

When I press Reply, then the Reply Box opens and gives an “Undefined” message for both field? What am I doing wrong?

The problem seems to be due to the plugin not being able to find the message ID. But, I’m afraid the provided screenshot is not enough to identify the possible issue. We need as much detail as possible to find out the root cause. Therefore, could you please share a video recording of settings, and your whole setup (database screenshots, element properties)?

We have something good to share. There are a lot of things we have done to make our Air Chat plugin glow :sparkles: , such as:

:arrow_right: the plugin was adapted to work with several chats, that is, you can use several elements on the page at the same time (previously it was impossible);
:arrow_right: fixed a bug with the location of the Context Menu (in some cases it appeared at the bottom of the viewport and was cut off because of this);
:arrow_right: fixed bugs with options: share message, send images, reply to message;
:arrow_right: optimized chat loading speed;
:arrow_right: added dark/light mode (theme);
:arrow_right: updated the plugin demo page design;
:arrow_right: added a duo-chat to the plugin demo (messenger-like);
:arrow_right: plugin and demo page were transferred on the new responsive engine (for plugins, and design).

Please check if the plugin within your app is updated to the last version. In case the issue persists even after the last update, please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application.
This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
