Air color picker not working well with custom QR Code

AIr color picker (Air) version 1.17.0 and 1.16.0 does not work well with custom QR codes (QR). The initial setting shows correct in AIR but QR does not read it. If I go into each AIR picker and select the color it works fine. I tried showing the hex codes in air picker and they show fine but QR does not read them unless you change one character. I notice in the demo QR uses AIR version 1.2.1 and works should i go back to that version?

Second problem is not a bug but I can not get the sliders to set to the default. the slider is all the way to the left but intial value is set to 0.7 and that shows in the text display field. Value shows 0.7. If I do not move the slider to 0.7 QR reads it as 0.1 Any ideas? Is this a bubble bug?

I LOVE THE CUSTOM QR GENERATOR!!! It is above and beyond good! Also I loved the demo code page it was very easy to read and easy to follow the code! Great Job. Your other plug in demo pages take more work as you have to show the groups, harder to follow stuff,

You’re right, upon investigation, we noticed that when you change the “Air color picker” plugin version, the QR code indeed does not read the color correctly. I’ve created an investigation ticket for our developers to look into this.

Could you please recheck the settings for the Slider element and the “Branded QR” element to ensure it’s getting the value from the slider? And if it the result will be the same could you please record a video(using Loom), where you will show the setup for the Slider element and Branded QR and then run the app in step-by-step mode to check the values it is getting, also with the browser’s console open, in case there are any error messages there.

For now, you can revert to using “Air color picker” version “1.2.1”, and I’ll notify you promptly as soon as there are any updates on this issue.

THANK YOU - THANK YOU. Air color 1.2.1 works.
And old guys are mostly blind I had the slider initial setting as 0.07 All my old eye saw was 07. I set it to 0.7 and slider works perfect. Sometime I can be really really dumb

The QR code are going on medical equipment that we lend out to the panamanians here and the beautiful QR codes look Terrific with our logo.
Patients can scan the code and see when equipmenet is due to be returned. We use it to check in check out equipment. Thank you again.

I’m delighted to learn that reverting to the Air Color 1.2.1 version and adjusting the slider settings did the trick.

It’s even more rewarding to know the QR codes turned out nicely and are serving a good purpose.
