Air Date Time Picker - Configuracion Regional

Buenas Tardes.

En el complemento estamos seleccionando en TIME ZONE: Europe/Madrid

pero al Visualizar las fechas no me respeta la zona horaria seleccionada:

Fechas Visualizadas en Texto: (Fechas Correctas)

Fechas desde el plugin (Como se puede observar inician el día 3 y no el 4)

Versión del Plugin Actualmente: 3.103.0

Quedo al pendiente de cualquier duda adicional.

I double-checked the plugin settings on my side & on our Demo Page, and it appears to be displaying the dates correctly.

To assist you more effectively with the question or issue you’re experiencing with our plugin, please provide us with additional information about your setup and what you’re encountering.

Specifically, we’d appreciate it if you could share:

  • A detailed description of your use case.

  • Screenshots and screencasts show how you’ve set up the workflow, the plugin elements configuration, the problem occurring, and what you were expecting instead. For recording screencasts, Loom is a great option.

  • Please provide the type of device and operating system version you’re testing on and the version of the plugin you have installed. If error messages appear during screencasts, please make sure your browser console is open and send us a link to your recording.

Buenas Tardes Estimados.

Los registros inicialmente se están llenando en ESPAÑA, pero en ocasiones ocupamos editar datos desde MEXICO que es el problema ya que cuando abrimos el selector de fechas y estas se desfasan a menos un dia.

La página principal tiene como estática la zona horaria de Madrid la cual en texto si respeta

Fechas consumidas en texto desde la página (Fechas Correctas)

Cuando deseo editar desde MEXICO es cuando me retrasa un dia las fechas.

To help resolve this, please check out the Dynamic Timezone option in the plugin settings and select Current/User Timezone setting. Enabling this setting should help ensure the selected timezone remains consistent no matter where the app is accessed.

I’ve attached a screenshot for reference to make setup easier. Please let me know if this resolves the issue.

Ya probe con esta opción, pero me da el mismo resultado, Es decir me coloca los días 5, 6 y 7 en lugar de los días 6, 7 y 8.

It looks like the initial date is pulled from the parent group. Could you double-check the parent group’s settings to ensure the correct date is being passed to the plugin? Based on the screenshots, it seems the first date the plugin is receiving November 5th as the initial date from the parent group.
