I want to prevent the user from being able to select specfic dates and time for a booking feature, based on the date and time other users have entered (stored in database). Time blocks are of 15 min (for instance 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45)

I am afraid the Air Date/Time Picker functionality does not allow to select 15 min blocks, at the moment.
The plugin’s though has the option to only hide/block specific days from the plugin’s element settings (Screenshot-bubble.io-2021.07.12-16_54_38.png - Nimbus Capture)
