I am using air date/time picker v3.67.0 and using it as “only timepicker” but I am running into an issue that the event “When air date/time value is changed” is not running. Basically I want to save the value in database each time value is changed but that action is not working correctly. Can you guys please fix that bug?
Hey @zain.ulabedin,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We opened an investigation regarding this issue and will get back to you as soon as possible with the response from our developers.
In the meantime, I can offer a suggestion for this problem that you are having. You can have an OK button that will trigger this event. This is a built-in function of this plugin that you can enable by checking the Show Buttons checkbox and choosing where you want the OK button to be.
Hoping to hear from you soon
Hello again @zain.ulabedin
I talked with the developers regarding your request, and they said that it would be possible. But there are some drawbacks if we implement it with the timepicker.
Firstly, it will use a lot of WU because it would trigger the action every hour and minute is has changed.
Secondly, the accuracy of the data will suffer because of how often the action will be triggered.
We recommend in your use-case, having the OK button for the timepicker. After the users choose the correct time, they will press the button and the Action “When date/time Value is changed” will trigger.
Thank you for understanding
Have an amazing day
