I am using the Air Document Viewer Plugin and it’s glitching out. The plugin keeps reloading the document every few seconds making it impossible to scroll and read.

I’ve carefully investigated your request and run some tests on our plugins demo page, and the plugin is working as expected.
Could you please tell me if the issue with auto-refreshing is still happening in your app? 
If yes, would it be convenient to share more details related to the reported issue?
Namely: screenshots and/or screencasts of your setup - workflows, plugin settings.
This will allow us to identify any possible cause much faster.
