Air Native - How to activate Actions

Hi all,

I bought the Air Native plugin.

I added the Air Native element on my bubble project

I’m just trying to play with it for now, and try to use changing background header color, or activate vibration while using Zeroqode Preview app.

And so far nothing happen

Do I need to do something special to activate the plugin?

thank you
Best,
Rémi

Hi Rémi,

Please accept my apologies for the delay over the weekend.

The Zeroqode Native Preview app was designed only for Previewing, some features might not work as expected.

To test properly the Air Native plugin features/functionality inside your app, you must first wrap your Bubble app to iOS and Android apps by using the Air Native service. You can find more information about the whole process and all the necessary prerequisites and steps here:

You can also test Air Native plugin features by downloading our Air Native app available both for iOS and Android. Give it a try here for iOS, and here for Android.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your completed answer.

I’m just wondering if I have to launch my app on appstore and google play in order to test those features on my app? At the same time how my app can be accepted if the features are not well tested first?

Best, Rémi

Hi Rémi @r2misim24,

Thank you for your question.

First, we wrap your app and upload the builds into your own Apple and Google profile. Once this is done, you can start implementing and testing all the native features. After thorough testing and ensuring that everything works as expected, you can then send the app for review.

Please note that if you wish to make any modifications to your Bubble app and test the changes in the mobile Android/iOS apps, all you need to do is deploy the Bubble app to the Live version within your Bubble editor. The changes will automatically be applied to your Native apps if you are using the live version URL for your native app.

For more details on how the Air Native service works, you can check the documentation here.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Best regards,
Daniel
