Hello, please I’m using the air native plugin for native subscription in my bubble application for iOS each time I run TestFlight for the application I receive this error message
Hi @oshevirephilip,
Thank you for your message and purchase.
Can you please confirm that your iOS App was converted with the Air Native service?
If yes, please ensure that you’ve followed carefully the Air Native plugin - Setup Guide, you’ve generated and inserted all the API keys according to the guide, created the Subscription Group inside your AppStore account, and submitted the app for review to the Apple team along with the Subscription group.
For additional workflow examples and guidance, please check the Air Native plugin demo page: Zeroqode-demo-29 | Bubble Editor
If you have other plugin-related questions, please let me know.
Regards,
@Igor
Must my app be converted with the air native service? Please I don’t know how this goes. Anytime I click on the button to trigger the workflow the native feature works
And when I click on the subscribe it shows successful but then on my workflow I’m retrieving the data of the purchase that’s when this error comes up this is the workflow
Hi @oshevirephilip,
Thank you for your reply.
Yes for the Air Nartive plugin to work, the iOS and Android app must be converted with Air Native service.
The Fit In App was converted using the Air Native service.
I’ve verified your AppStore account and the Subscription group you have created has the status: Missing Metadata - that means the information inside it is not completed or wasn’t created correctly.
Please check the App Store Review Guidelines App Store Review Guidelines - Apple Developer to ensure that you’ve completed all the information accordingly.
Once the Subscription changes the status to Ready for review - you need to submit a new version of the iOS app to Apple and once they review it - the Subscription item will be active and you will be able to test it via Testfllight.
At the moment you are getting this error because most probably the Subscription wasn’t created/ nor submitted to the Apple team for review.
Also, for a successful integration of the Air Native plugin, please ensure that you’ve followed the Setup Guide accordingly. Setup Guide
Hope this information is useful to you.

Hi @Igor ,
So apple has approved the subscription and the application but I still notice the error, what should be the way forward because I have viewed the documentation and that’s how it’s setup on my bubble editor.
Hi @oshevirephilip,
Thank you for getting back to us.
I’ve verified your AppStore Connect account, and indeed the iOS app was approved along with the Subscription by the Apple Team. The Fit IN app is live on the AppStore now.
Can you please elaborate on the error you referring to now?
Can you please tell us how to reproduce the error on our side in the following step-by-step format:
Install the app on the Device name, and iOS Version, Log in with these credentials (please provide a test email and password for login), inform us where to click, etc.
Also, please let me know about the device you are using for testing and if the same issue is happening to different devices.
Please confirm if you modified the option Sandbox in the plugin action Process Purchase from “yes” to “no”.
This additional information will help me better understand what might be the problem and assist you further.
Thank you and looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
