Aircalendar display problem

Hello,
As of this morning, Aircalendar is not working for some customer (not all) and is displaying a blank page.

Here’s the error code reported in debug mode:

The Air Calendar plugin (Full Calendar 5.9.0) / AirCalendar element has generated the following error: Error: Unexpected server error: please report the code parameter to the team

Specifically, could you tell us which plugin version you are using, and if there have been any recent changes or additions to your app that might have changed something?

Is this a persistent problem, or was it a temporary glitch? It would also be helpful to know if there is any pattern in terms of the operating system or browser where the issue occurs. If possible, could you record a screencast showing the problem and open the browser console(img) to check for any error messages?

Additionally, the issue could be related to how data is handled. Could you please share details about the source of the data used for the events in your calendar? Is it coming from the Bubble database, or are you using an external database?

Please also review your editor Logs(img) to check for any workload spikes that might have caused the issue, and examine the server logs(img) around the times users experienced the problem. This information could provide further insight into what’s going wrong.

These details will greatly assist us in troubleshooting the error you encountered and provide a more effective resolution.
