Algolia Search V2.0 plugin error-No data received from algolia

Hello, Zeroqode support.

I need your help.
AlgoliaSimpleSearch function does not work, no data received from algolia.
I think I have the settings as documented. Can you find the problem?





When a value is entered in input, no data is displayed in the repeating group.



AlgoliaSearch(Deprecated) function returns data I expect.
But the following error message appears

Will it be convenient for you to add our support@zeroqode.com account to the list of your app’s collaborators? We need to test it out within your app. Also, we have some concerns about the root cause - it might be in your Algolia index settings. But we have to make sure since the issue is not reproducing on our side.

Adding a Zeroqode support account to the collaborator’s list does not require a paid Bubble plan.

Thank you for your prompt response and your efforts to resolve the problem.

I added support@zeroqode.com account to the list of my app’s collaborators several days ago.I have not received a response since then and do not know what to do.

This is the first time I have talked to support about this problem.
I have a few questions I would like to ask.

  1. What has been the progress since then? How can I know about it?
  2. Is it ok for me to edit my app while you guys are investigating?
  3. Please let me know if there are any steps to be taken until the problem is resolved.
  4. How long do you expect to take to resolve the problem?

Please accept my sincere apologies for the late reply :pray:

Since your app setup seems to be correct, can you please go to your Algolia dashboard and do a few things? Such as:

It might look strange why you need to do so, but sometimes it helps Algolia re-initialize your index and return the values on your Bubble page.

Please try the suggestions and let me know what happens.

Thanks for your response.
I re-indexed in my Algolia dashboard and also reinstalled the plugin.
I managed to get it to work as expected.
I think I have a solution, although I still have some uncertainty.
