as many as you need but only for your own use, you can’t resell them (Bubble will block any transfer attempt)

Ok so I can build say 10 websites for my self and lanch ?
But cannot sell the template ?
Are theses templates for websites or apps ?
How easy is it to build ?compeared or something like a Wordpress site ?
