Apex Charts not showing on mobile

Hi All -
I am using Apex charts and it doesn’t seem to be rendering on my mobile, both Android and iOS. Any ideas why?

So, after testing, I can “hard” code values (numbers), but dynamic data does not go to the mobile page, even though it shows on non-mobile

Hi @danimaltex26

Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delayed response over the weekend.

I’ve tested our Demo Page on iOS 18.1, and it appears to be working as expected. Could you please provide more details regarding your setup to help us investigate further?

Here’s what would be helpful:

  • A detailed description of your use case.
  • Screenshots or a screencast of your workflow and plugin element configuration, showing the issue and your expected outcome. Loom is a great option for screen recording.
  • Information on the type of device, operating system version, and the version of the plugin you have installed.
  • If error messages appear, please keep your browser console open during the recording and send us a link to the recording.
  • If an update is available for the plugin, please try installing it to see if it resolves the issue.

Additionally, feel free to compare your setup with our demo editor page to ensure successful plugin integration.

Looking forward to your reply! :sparkles:

Hi There -
Thanks for the reply. My use case is: i have a table with a field: Entity
The values are artist, venue, and fan
I want to show the count of each in the doughnut.

The issue is my desktop shows the results of my dynamic search, but the data changes on mobiles.
See image of my setup:

This is on Desktop. It works fine, even when responsive. I redirect to a index_m page, optimized for mobile, and the data only shows 1 for blue and 1 for purple (See at Vengig.com) on mobile, vs. on desktop. The code is the same… just the charts output is different on the different devices (mobile and desktop)

Also, i believe on the DEMO, the data is hardcoded numbers, not dynamic values. It works fine with hardcoded values, on both mobile and PC… just not the dynamic stuff

Ok… my formula was different… but now it is exact… and the data is still wrong…

Hi @danimaltex26,

Thank you for sharing the additional details! :raised_hands:

I accessed the page you provided using iOS 18.1 / Safari, and it appears the chart is rendering as designed on my end. Could you please share a few examples of how it looks on your end? Additionally, providing the device details, OS, and browser you’re using would be helpful to investigate further.

If possible, could you also try viewing the page on a different browser to see if the issue persists? This will help us determine if the issue is browser-specific.

Thanks in advance, and looking forward to your reply!

Hi Mina -
Thanks for reaching out again.
I resolved the issue. It was totally my mistake. I was pushing code to prod, and seeing data from the prod database, not the dev database. It clicked for me late last night. After a few changes, it looks like everything is indeed working the way it should.
Sorry for all the confusion lol. The plugin works great. Thanks for all the assistance!
Robert
