:Bar_chart: ApexCharts - 20 customisable charts plugin By Zeroqode

I installed Apex Charts plugin via subscription to try out, I’m very happy with it and would now like to purchase out-right, is there a way to do so without uninstalling / reinstallation?

I’ve spend significant effort building out charts with the plug-in and do not want to lose any work.

Thanks

I see others have asked the same question and the reply is the first unsubscrbe via the plug-in page and then purchase out-right, but I don’t find the unsubscribe option on the plugin page, please advise.

Thanks

Hi @TSzeto

Thank you for your message and for using the Apex Charts plugin! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear you want to move to a one-time purchase.

To unsubscribe from the monthly plan and purchase the plugin outright, you’ll need to go to your Bubble editor and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the App Settings (you’ll find this on the left sidebar of your Bubble editor).
  2. Navigate to the Plan tab.
  3. Scroll down to Paid Plugins — here you’ll see a list of all plugins your app is currently subscribed to.
  4. Find the Apex Charts plugin in this list and click the Unsubscribe button next to it.

Once you’ve unsubscribed, return to the Plugins tab in your app editor. The option to purchase the plugin outright will then become available.

If you run into any issues finding the unsubscribe button or need further help, please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing, and we’ll walk you through the process.

Thanks again, and let us know if you need any more help!

Best regards,

Thank you!

And to be clear, I will not lose any of the existing configured charts in my app after I unsubscribe and purchase out-right?

Thanks

Hi @TSzeto ,

Apologies for the delayed response! :slightly_smiling_face:

No, you won’t lose any of your existing charts or need to rebuild workflows when switching from a subscription to the owned (lifetime) version, as long as it’s the same plugin. Bubble treats this as the same plugin instance with a different license type, so all elements, workflows, and configurations remain exactly as they are.

The only thing that changes is the billing model (monthly → owned). There’s no need to uninstall or reconfigure anything.

That said, it’s worth mentioning a small precaution: in rare cases, some pages or elements may briefly appear broken due to browser or server-side caching. Because of this, we recommend keeping screenshots of more complex setups and workflows as a fallback. Even if nothing goes wrong, it’s always a good safety measure.

Hope that helps! Let us know if you’d like us to double-check anything before you make the switch.
