Hi, I bought a course regarding stripe payments on bubble and cannot find a method to attach a payment method to a customer. Because of this, in the live version, transactions are being cancelled. Please can you advise ASAP?

Can you please let us know which exactly plugin you are using? As I can see, you are using not the Stripe Express Marketplace plugin (created by our team).
Also, let me know what course you are using right now?
You can add payment methods right from the Stripe Dashboard
It is required to set up the payment method for your account firstly and the page looks like this:
