Audio Recorder Bug: Need to click twice to start recording

BUG 1: The audio recorder (both in the demo and on our site) is requiring the user to click on the microphone twice in order to start the recording. This is confusing and should start at the first click, right?

Note: Each one of the clicks is prompting the user to give microphone access.

Is this something that can be fixed? Please advise.

BUG 2: The audio recorder requires the user to refresh the page they are on in order to redo a recording. This is an issue since there’re other metadata on the page (audio title, description, etc). So if the user just wants to redo the recording they would in essence loose all other details if the page refreshes.

Can the audio recorder reset itself without the need to refresh the entire page?

We have pushed a plugin update, that has fixed the issues mentioned above (click twice to start recording).

To check changes, please upgrade your plugin to the latest version (Version 1.34.0: Fixed double click before recording start) and give it a try.
