Audio recorder not working through an iframe on Chrome (iOS)

Hi,

I have purchased the plugin, added it in a Bubble page. Works fine on all browsers.

But then, I added the Bubble page as an iframe in a Webflow site. Works great in most browsers but not on Chrome on mobile (iOS 16). Here is the error I get when it tries to save the audio:

The error is in French, but it means
“A page integrated to this web page indicates:
Sorry. Your connection session has changed/expired. Try again.”

Anyone has an idea on how to solve this?
Or what could be the source of the issue?

Thanks!
Madison

Hi @madison,
Please accept my apologies for the late reply. :pray:t2:

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our plugins will work through an iframe on a different site. Sorry for the inconvenience, but some flows in your case are an expected result.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Best Regards,

Hi @Gulce, thanks for your answer.
I understand. But do you have an idea where the error comes from maybe?

It works in Safari through the iframe… So I can’t say the iframe is definitely the problem.

Thanks,
Madison

Hi @madison,

To provide accurate feedback, we have to investigate the error message you have shown and the plugin within your app for a better understanding of the root cause of it.

Therefore, would it be convenient for you to add our support@zeroqode.com email to the list of your app collaborators? (disregard the warning, our email can be added to the collaborator list even if your app is on the Free plan). And please let me know the page name where the issue is found.

We will do our best to assist you with this issue. :pray:t2:

Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks!

Done  Thanks in advance!

Thank you for providing access :slightly_smiling_face: @madison

Please let us check your app. We will need some time to investigate the issue you are having. I will get back to you as soon as I have any updates regarding the issue.

Best,
Gulce

Hello @madison,
Thank you for your patience. :pray:t2:

I’ve just got feedback from our developer team and unfortunately, the issue is not related to our plugin. Since everything is functioning well on the plugin and Bubble side, I suppose Webflow is causing this issue. I’m afraid, it would be misleading to tell you where the error comes from as we need to know the Webflow for this. Apologies once again for not being able to help in this regard and thank you for understanding.

Best regards,
