AWS btype definition

Hello,

I’m trying to use the zeroqode plug-in to upload a file to my AWS S3… I can’t seem to get the files to upload and whenever I try to upload, I get the following response message:

Plugin action Uploading to AWS error when parsing the response:
the key error is not part of the btype definition

What might I be doing wrong? I can’t seem to find any information online relating to this problem in particular…

Hi @kylemorgan04 ,

Thank you for reaching out!

To help narrow this down we’ll need a bit more detail, since Zeroqode has a few different plugins/actions for S3 uploads and the configuration differs between them.

Could you please share:

  1. The exact plugin you’re using (link to the plugin page in Bubble / Zeroqode).

  2. Plugin version number (a screenshot from Plugins → (the plugin) in the Bubble editor is perfect).

  3. Screenshots of your setup:

  • The uploader element and any relevant element settings

  • The workflow where you trigger the upload

  1. In debug mode (?debug_mode=true):
  • Which workflow step throws the error
  • A full screenshot of that exact action’s configuration (top to bottom)

With those, we can confirm whether it’s a parameter mapping issue (common cause of “key is not part of the btype definition”) vs. an endpoint/response mismatch and point you to the exact fix.

Looking forward to your reply!
