Without knowing more about your settings, I can give a hint that might help. Please make sure that the plugin has been configured properly https://docs.zeroqode.com/plugins/aws-file-uploader-plugin, first. If everything’s fine, please check our editor here https://bubble.io/page?type=page&name=aws-uploader&id=zeroqode-demo-02&tab=tabs-1 to preview all settings and workflows, in order to see how it works. Perhaps you could try to replicate it.
However, if you still experience the same or any other issues, please share with us more details like screenshots/screencast of your app, workflow and issue when it is triggered; browser and OS version you are using, console logs in case of errors etc. This way, we can better investigate and get back to you with a solution asap.
