Hi, my page is crashing when trying to upload a video using the AWS File Upload Plugin. The video contains 1.5gb and 14524kbps. I tried uploading another video with 2.6gb and 12754kbps and it worked. Seems like the memory usage spikes significantly before the crash.

To recreate the issue and provide more information or a fix, could you please let me know some more details? It would be helpful to see the configuration you’ve set up for the File uploader element, the actions/events set up in case something triggers the crash, the current version of the plugin installed on the application, and a demonstration of how the issue occurs.
This information will give me the best chance to replicate the issue or provide more details on the matter. You can include these details in a screen recording (using a tool like Loom.com) and share the URL with us.

I was able to reproduce this issue on my end, and it’s strange why it only affected this specific video. I successfully uploaded a 5GB MP4 file without any crashes.
An investigation task has been created for the developers to check and provide more information on why this behavior is occurring. I’ll get back to you as soon as more information becomes available!
