AWS File Uploader Network Failure

Hi

I am implementing the AWS File Uploader - Any Size plugin in a Bubble project.
My problem seems to be in the credentials, because when I want to upload a file I get the following error: Network Failure

I’m sure I am missing some configuration on AWS, I would appreciate if someone can guide me with this implementation. Thanks!

Can someone help me configure from AWS? If that was the problem?

Hello, @juan
Thanks for reaching out.

First of all, please note that you should fill in all the keys for the plugin ( it is also important):

It is important to provide the exact server region, where you have launched the S3 storage. The region and the region indicated in the Identity Pool ID should be the same.
You can get the Identity Pool ID from your Cognito account.

Also, please check if you have indicated all required fields ( like the folder name and structure):

In case you are not sure which steps were missed, allow me to recommend you check the documentation for the configuration of this plugin one more time. It is pretty detailed, so you surely will find the error:
https://docs.zeroqode.com/plugins/aws-file-uploader-plugin#how-to-setup

In case I can help you with any additional information - please let me know.
Best regards,

Hello, @juan

If you like our plugin, could you please rate it by going to the Plugins tab in Bubble editor? You can find the plugin by name and give it as many stars as it deserves

The more feedback we get, the more motivated to build great plugins
Thanks!
