@Saeba, @rio, thanks a lot for your patience.

We have pushed the plugin update, which is resolving the issue of “many files” unchecked parameter (uploading img file parameters to the db).

Please update your plugin to the latest version (1.49.0) and stick to these conditions:

“many files” unchecked;
“allow img processing” unchecked.
Example: https://www.loom.com/share/011c7f5841bd49b8a835dfcac26042fe

If for some reason you are not getting the image width/height parameters, please open the console and do the screenshot of the error you receive. And re-check your plugin element/workflow settings, in a comparison with ours.

I hope this help :pray:
Regards,

Thanks for pushing the update. It works fine with most of the pictures, but I still get stuck with a big picture. https://www.loom.com/share/44f03e143d0643dda3159089b2b4d924
Maybe it’s a problem that just happens in my environment.

@rio,

Yes, the problem may be in your environment or S3 bucket as well (some AWS S3 properties or permissions on file size). Can you please show me the browser console when you are uploading that big test picture, please? There should be some errors, that can explain to us a little bit.

Hi, @kate

I think the problematic picture is just collapsed anyhow. Sorry for the trouble, but above all thanks for devoting your time.

I have tested bunch of different situations. I found iOS specific error that obviously nothing to do with AWS uploader.
The issue is related to iCloud synching behavior. For example, you may fail to upload pictures which is taken from different iOS devices. Synched pictures are only a thumbnail in the viewer. Actual data needed to be downloaded before the uploading process starts. This is problematic since it fails to grab the data quite often.

Thanks anyway!
