AWS Uploader Reset error (even on zq demo page)

Good day!
I’ve noticed the reset function for the AWS Uploader is throwing an error.
Here is an example of this happening on the Zeroqode demo page here https://zeroqode-demo-02.bubbleapps.io/aws-uploader

This is also happening in my app. Can you please investigate? Thank you!

Hi @brad1,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.

I’ve thoroughly tested the plugin’s live demo and have been unable to replicate the error message you mentioned. It’s possible that the issue you experienced was a temporary glitch. Could you please check it again and let me know if the issue persists on your side?

Looking forward to your reply.

Best regards,
Gulce

Sorry, this issue still persists on both live and test versions of my app.
I reviewed what is different from your editor and mine, and I’m only seeing that you are not using the new responsive editor in your app. This is a instance.setHeight error… so maybe this is related?

Here is the actual error from the debug console as well.

Hi @brad1,

Could you please make sure you are using the latest plugin version? We made an update recently, I suppose that will help.

Best regards,
Gulce

Thank you for your response.

I am currently on the most recent version, and the error is still happening anytime I attempt to reset the FileUploader in a workflow.

Hi @brad1,
Sorry to hear that.

Can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application (here or via DM)? Please also mention on which page should be tested. This will allow us to run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:

Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Best,
Gulce

Excellent! I just DM’d you with details needed
