I am using the classify theme and the locations dropdown at the create an ad stage is not displaying the locations. It’s working in Test and all of the settings in Live are correct. The Locations all appear to be there in the database. I’ve changed text/bg colors and still no luck. Do you happen to have a solution for this?
A new deployment to live did not solve the problem. At this point I am unsure what’s happening as everything matches between Development and Live. The only difference is that the Live Location records do not have any values in the Slug field but that should not make a difference as the Slug field is not used anywhere – even when I entered a Slug value for one of the Live Location records (Virginia), it still didn’t show in the drop down box.
The Locations display correctly on the Live main (index) page in the Location dropdown, but not on the Live place_ad page. The Location drop-down on the index and the place_ad page in Development display locations correctly as well. All of the settings to display locations among the two pages and two versions are all the same.
I did notice that the Location Dropdown list in place_ad on live displays about 50 blanks in the picklist so it appears to be bound to the Location table, just not displaying the Name field for some reason…
