Bubble Page to PDF bug - Graphs and HTML elements don't shown in the generated PDF

Hi there.

When creating a PDF from a popup - one graph isn’t showing, most of the graphs are showing the wrong output, one HTML element isn’t showing (CSS is missing), and page breaks don’t work (skipped trying them to work, and just set everything manually by pixels).

Here is the source popup (divided into a few screenshots):

Hopefully, you will be able to fix those issues, otherwise, the plugin is useless as it even screwed the results of the reports.

Hi @george,
Thanks for reaching out!

First of all, please take into consideration that using the Pagebreaker requires special care. The plugin won’t automatically adjust the resulting PDF page’s parameters to those you have in your app ideally. If you want to achieve the best result, you need to do some tests, trickings, and page parameter calculations. For example, you can use “Paddings” in the plugin action to add free space between the page breaking points. The page-breaking functionality is quite sensitive to the object size (in px) that you want to convert to PDF. It works, in general, but needs some sort of playing around and adjusting your page content.

As for the CSS and graphics, I was able to reproduce the CSS issue on our end and I will pass this issue to our developers for investigation, but could you please tell us the name of the plugin you are using so we can investigate the issue you are facing with the graphics?

Looking forward to your reply. :pray:t2:

Hi @george,

Sorry if I was not clear enough but we would like to know the plugin for graphics. In case it’s a paid third-party plugin, we will need access to your app to check if it is causing this issue. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the compatibility of plugins from other authors but still, we are willing to help you with the issue you have and we will do our best for this, in cooperation with you . :pray:t2:

In case it’s a third-party plugin, please add our support@zeroqode.com email as a collaborator of your app (disregard the warning, our email can be added to the collaborator list even if your app is on the Free plan). And please let me know the page name where the issue is found.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Regards,
Gulce
