We inspected additionally the plugin and find a bug that wasn’t caught previously. Currently, the bug is fixed and the issue with the download is solved. Thank you for your time and understanding.

thank you - all browsers on pc and mac do now download, however my pdf’s are blank (or in one case, cut off on half the document) This is on PC and Mac.

I have double checked that the target matches the ID of the group so I don’t think that is it
Hi @jeffmccutcheon, I am sorry to hear that. The issue most probably is caused by the feature “high-quality”. You can try to use the plugin without this feature to make it work. Meanwhile, we will do our best to fix the bug. I will keep you posted.

I have an update, we fixed the bug with the high-quality feature. Now the quality is always at the best level and the checkbox for high quality is not more available.
Please update the plugin to get the latest version.
