We’ve checked plugin functionality on our end and it is working properly. I would like to ask you to share a bit more details about the issue on your end to let me understand what might cause it. Please provide the info:

  • screenshots of your use case setup;
  • information on what device, OS, browser (version) you are using;
  • video of reproducing your use case (if possible, with an explanation of the desired behavior and actual result).

Also, can you please let me know the version of the plugin you are using?

I’ve just sent you a loom recording of the app/workflow via private message. It appears to work on my desktop but not on my laptop. I’m running the latest version of your app 1.60.0 the browser is google chrome (latest) Version 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thanks for the video.

I’ve carefully watched your video and it seems like your setup is correct. It could be your browser and connection loading speed capacity or your device. Allow me to recommend a few solutions that might help you:

  1. Try to clean the history and cookies in your browser settings;
  2. Relog with your profile on the used browser;
  3. You can even use the incognito mode. And try with different laptops.
  4. Try to catch the error by previewing the page load action with the enabled debugger, via “Step-by-step” mode, please

In case the issue is not resolved, please be so kind to add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application. This will allow me to check your app and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.

To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor: Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com

Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
