I want to generate an A4 PDF from a mobile phone. Is this possible? Or does the plugin only print what is currently displayed? Thanks

Yes, of course, it possible. Also, please note that with this plugin you will convert in PDF the entire page. However, it will be oriented to the viewport.
Please note that you should set the Responsive Desing for the mobile device because the A4 settings for the laptop will look different on your mobile device.
