2.it does not worked on mobile phone. worked only desktop.

As I can see from the screenshots of your workflow, that you’ve created an event “Do when ConvertortoPDFv2.0 A’s uploadingtoawsisfinished”, instead of choosing it from the available option:
That might be the reason why your workflow is not triggering the desired action.
In order to save your converted PDF to the database, kindly add the action “Create a new thing”, which allows you to save new data to your database. I’ve made a short video with a simple test page to show you the whole process:

I’ve tested the same page, that I made for you on iPhone and Google phones and it worked well on both, here’s another video for you:

Talking about saving the URL of the uploaded file, it does not save it to the database from mobile, cause it was mostly created for the web app. The plugin allows you to save the PDF file itself though, as it is shown in the video.
We are going to look for the possibility to add such an option if it will be feasible and convenient.
