Bubble Page to PDF converter Issues

We have just recently bought this plugin. Currently we are having difficulties defining the height and width for each page. Additionally the pdfs can only be opened in adobe when the file has been compressed which is weird. Finally the quality is awful. Does anyone have solutions to the above problems?

Hello, @edwardjoh2. Thanks for reaching out.

There should not be a trouble with this. You just need to indicate the height/width of the element you want to convert into the Custom format field - https://prnt.sc/uaxx2g
Can you please check my test page and use it as an example of the correct plugin action/workflow setup:
https://bubble.io/page?type=page&name=ko_test_page&id=zeroqode-demo-01&tab=tabs-1

The converted PDF file can be opened in the browser also, just right after the conversion is finished. You need to enable this checkbox - https://prnt.sc/uaxsfn
If you have some more details of this issue, please provide them.

With the latest plugin update, the quality of the converted PDF file was increased. Please make sure you are using the latest plugin version and you have set the correct Convert to PDF action parameters.

To be able to assist you with your problems and help set up correctly the plugin action, I can suggest you check carefully the plugin demo page (editor) and documentation. Or share with me the details of your plugin/page setup to make it possible for me to see your setup and to understand what could go wrong.

Thank you.
Regards, Kate

Hi Kate,

Thank you for the prompt response. We are using the most up to date plugin and the quality is still awful. Regarding the autosave to pdf we already had this checked so this is a problem that I think will need fixing on Zeroqode’s end. Finally, regarding height we have used the example from the test however, we would like a more intuitive guide with up to date functionality.

Kind Regards,

Edward

@edwardjoh2,

Can you please share with me:

  • the screenshots of the plugin action,
  • the actual element (page) parameters that you want to convert to PDF,
  • the preview of the page
  • and the resulting PDF file that has an awful quality, as you are reporting.

Example:

With this information I will be able to provide you with guidance on how you can set up your plugin correctly to get the perfect PDF file :slightly_smiling_face:

I will be waiting forward to your reply with the details of your problem.
Regards, Kate
