I use the Bubble Page to PDF Converter to take a snapshot of a page on my Bubble app. I just noticed that the converter no longer takes a snapshot of the page. Is there anything wrong with the Converter?

We’ve tested the plugin and it seems to be working well on our side. Would it be convenient for you to share more details about the issue you’ve encountered?
Namely, screenshots and screencast of your setup, the issue you see. For the screencast recording, I can suggest using the Loom tool.

Thank you for providing the detailed video recording.
Based on the video, your setup appears to be in order, and it’s a bit challenging to pinpoint the exact issue. However, I’d like to suggest adding the “Generate PDF from HTML server-side” action after clicking the “submit” button. From what I observed in the video, it seems that you are displaying the page you want to convert when you click the “submit” button. Therefore, the workflow might look like this:
Button “submit” is clicked > Show the group (the page you want to convert)> Add a pause before the next action> Generate PDF.
Additionally, please make sure to uncheck the “calculate scale from custom format” field and ensure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
If this doesn’t help, can you please add our Support Team email to the list of collaborators to your application and provide me a link to your application? This will allow us to check your settings and run some tests to fix the mentioned problem.
To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com
Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.

I have tried making updates as advised, but the app isn’t still generating PDFs of the assessment report page. I have added support@zeroqode.com as a Collaborator. I look forward to your findings after review.

Thanks for providing access.
I’ve tested your app in different browsers, and each time, the plugin managed to generate the PDFs without a hitch. Please see the test results in this video recording: Loom | Free Screen & Video Recording Software | Loom
If you don’t mind, it might be worth trying again to see if the issue was just a temporary hiccup. Alternatively, attempting this in a different browser could help troubleshoot any browser-specific quirks.

Thanks for the video and the recommendation to try the app on other browsers. I was able to generate the PDF on Firefox, Edge and another Chrome profile. I think the issue had to do with the Chrome profile I was on.
I would come back to you if any other issue shows up.
