My Bubble app generates a report for the user based on entries made into the app, and the Bubble Page to PDF Converter converts the web page/ report to PDF. This works well on PC, but the PDF Converter does not work well on a mobile screen i.e. it does not grab and download the contents of the screen as a PDF when the app is used on a mobile phone.
Please assist.

For us to better understand the issue, could you please clarify it?
The Bubble Page to PDF plugin works like a “screenshot maker”. If the page viewport appears a mobile size - the resulting PDF file will contain a document with small pages, mobile-sized, just as it was previewed on the device before the conversion. But still, the page content should be visible even if it will generate a PDF with small (mobile-sized) pages.
As a workaround, we can suggest you create a non-responsive page with a convenient design and formatting which will satisfy your needs as a resulting PDF file after the conversion.
This means you can create a separate page with the content you want to convert to PDF having the same formatting and sizing and open and convert it, instead of a responsive page that’ll adapt for the device viewport and change the PDF file layout after conversion.
If this doesn’t help and the problem is with the page content visibility, please provide a screen recording showing the issue and your setup.
