I am getting this error when I use version 2. Version works but the quality of the print is very bad. Can you please look into this.

Would you kindly update your plugin version to the latest one (1.32.0 - minor fixes)? This should fix the $jscomp is not defined error.
Please try and let me know that after the plugin update the issue is resolved on your side 
I can assist you with this problem. You should only set the Convert to PDF action parameters correctly. So, please tell me what are the height/width/orientation of the element you want to convert to PDF?
