I use PDF Converter to generate a PDF on specific element, in this element, you have differents informations and one repeating group. Sometime, the PDF contains empty values, but in workflow I have pause before next action (PDF generator) and a condition to generate only when the page is entirely loaded.
How can I solve this critical issue ?

Would you please tell me what is the critical issue you have? Unfortunately, it is not completely clear what is your use case and what is the issue you have.

I regularly have pdfs generated by your plugin with a lot of missing information while it is present on the pages.

Indeed, your setup looks correct. We have to investigate your page content and the plugin within your app for a better understanding of the root cause of it.
Would it be convenient for you to add our support@zeroqode.com email to the list of your app collaborators? (We will create a separate test page to perform plugin tests on it.)
To add our Support Team as a collaborator, you need to do the following steps in the Bubble Editor:
Settings > Collaboration > Add email support@zeroqode.com
Note: avoid the warning message regarding the plan, as we are an agency and you can easily add us to your collaborators.
