Bubble Page to PDF Not Working

Hi! I just bought this plugin.

The page I’m trying to convert that’s a ID Attribute of DS, with multiple groups inside the main one. The main group is the white big one, with the ID Attribute : DS.

I don’t understand why is this happening. If you please could help me I’ll appreciate.

You should select single element from the convert target also the group you select for the single element should have the same width and height as you wish to have then you wont have this issue,i also had the same problem
