[Bug] Facing issue in Video Recorder Plugin

Hi team,

I am using Plugin Video Recorder from Zeroqode from couple of months and was satisfied with it, but recently I got an issue with a video which is saved after recording but I can’t view it. It is giving an error when I am trying to preview it saying “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.” (see screenshot attached).

So can you guys please help me debug this issue?

Following the provided screenshot, a possible issue might be related to the used cloud storage.

Please check the correctness of the inserted API keys and cloud storage account availability.

On our side, plugin works properly on the live demo page.

If after checking, the issue will persist, please let me know and share more setup details.
