Bug report in your Postmark plugin with file attachments

I probably will never log into this forums again so no questions please.

With attached files

You have this in the description, saying it needs to be a normal bubble file

But there is an edge case where it does not work.

I have a list of files. I was finding some were working, some were not.

The problem is:

I debugged and as you see the yellow.
file 1 starts with https:
file 2 just goes straight into //

Fail 1 will cause this issue:

I could only get it to work with ‘OK’ once I fix the path to not have https:

Also if the file is not originally save with a file type it will never send even if you manually add it during sending. Meaning if you done put for example .pdf you will never be able to send it

You might want to fix it as LOTS of people will be moving from SendGrid

To better understand and address the issue, could you please provide a bit more information about your use case and setup? Specifically, it would be very helpful if you could share the following:

  1. A brief description of your use case – What are the steps you are taking, when and where are you pressing buttons, and what is the expected result you are hoping to achieve?
  2. Screenshots of your workflow
  3. Screenshots of your Postmark plugin element configuration
  4. Screenshots of the file uploader’s configuration (or any other elements used to store/access files)
  5. If possible, a Loom video – Showing your process in Bubble’s debug_mode set to “Step by step” would be extremely helpful for us to troubleshoot the issue.

With this information, we’ll be in a much better position to review the possible causes of such behaviour.
