Bug with Image Slider / Media Gallery Pro: Conditional settings for image width, height, and top margin not working

I’m creating an image slideshow using Image Slider / Media Gallery Pro.

I want to change the size of the first slide only, so I applied conditional settings like this (shown in the first image).

However, the conditional settings for image width, height, and image top margin do not work—only the bullets color setting is applied.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I’d really appreciate your help!

Thanks for your message and purchase.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a similar use case on our demo page, but here are some recommendations worth trying

Please make sure that the WonderfulSliderV2 element doesn’t have a fixed width or height set in the Layout tab, and check that no min/max limits are applied—these can override your conditional expressions.

To control sizing dynamically, use the Max Width and Max Height parameters in the Conditionals tab.

Alternatively, consider placing the slider inside a group container and adjusting the dimensions based on the Active Index of the slider.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I tried the method you suggested, but unfortunately the situation hasn’t improved. Now even the setting to change the bullets color when the active index is 1 no longer works.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve, in a simple form:

•Set the slideshow’s height and width to 430 px.

•Make only the first slide image slightly smaller—while keeping the slideshow container at 430 px height and width.
(If I set the slideshow’s min-height and min-width in conditional setting when active index is 1, it changes the slideshow size itself, so I prefer to use the image height/width settings.)

•Change the bullets color only when the active index is 1.

How can I make this work?

I wasn’t able to reproduce this exact behaviour on my side.
To better understand your use case and assist you effectively, could you please provide a bit more context around your current setup and what you’re trying to achieve?

Here’s what would be helpful:

• A brief step-by-step description of what you’re aiming to accomplish
  • Details on the elements present on your page
  • How users are expected to interact with those elements
  • What outcome are you expecting — for instance, why do you want to change the size of the first image in the slider? Is it for design or functionality?

Additionally, please include:

• Screenshots of your workflows and element setup (Appearance, Layout, and Conditionals tabs)
• A short video showing the current behavior (we recommend using Loom)
• If possible, the Bubble debugger output (in a screenshot or in your Loom video)
