The Rich Text Editor’s HTML output doesn’t show a youtube video that gets pasted in.

Notice that the HTML output doesn’t reflect the video.

Our developers are working on solving this problem, unfortunately I can’t tell you the exact time when the task will be completed, as I don’t know exactly, but rest assured it won’t take too long.

I’m excited to share that we have effectively resolved the issue with the Modern Rich Text Editor (Editor.js) and have updated it to version 1.114.0 (Enabled embed video in “Value (HTML)” state).

Thanks @AntonZ - I’m unfortunately having another issue with this plugin. When a copied image gets pasted into the rich text editor, it seems to work most of the time, but sometimes it loads eternally & does not:
Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well.
I checked our plugin demo page and did not find the problem you reported in your post, the plugin works as it should.
In this video, I showed how I inserted an image via Ctrl+V and it loaded without any problems more than 10+ times. (Video)
Check it out for yourself and make sure it works as it should on our demo page

Thanks @AntonZ - but I discovered what is happening:
When the Rich text editor is inside of a POPUP, it works great the first time.
But then, after the popup gets hidden once (and reset) - it doesn’t work thereafter.

I tried to recreate the problem you mentioned in your video but everything seems to work as it should, please check my test page and see for yourself.
Most likely your problem is a misconfiguration of the plugin/workflow.

@AntonZ - thanks for the test page, that helped me figure out where the bug is!
The difference is this:
When privacy rules are applied and images are attached to the parent group’s thing, and only on the SECOND popup upload, THAT is when the bug occurs.
(I just did this on your test page)
Would you mind trying that in your test page to see if you get similar results? If so, can you please fix?

Hello, I am facing issue to edit the existing text in editor.js. However, adding new text is all working fine. I also noted that this is only happening where I am using editor.js in both read and write mode.
This is happening with latest version of plugin. I downgraded to 1.107.0 . It’s working fine in that version !
